Where can I find delivery times and charges?
Shipping depends on the product, stock and your address. Review the available delivery options at checkout. If a delivery estimate is missing, contact us before paying.
Which currency will I pay in?
Each product and your cart show the currency returned by Shopify for your market. Review the final currency and total at checkout. Your payment provider may apply conversion fees.
Can I request a return?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Eligibility, return shipping arrangements and refund details are explained on our returns page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How can I ask about a product or order?
