Delivery to the UAE

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Dispatch location and processing time vary by product. A transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date; customs, public holidays and courier delays can affect delivery. We do not claim local UAE stock unless it is specifically confirmed.

Shipping charges, taxes and currency

Check the currency and final payable total at checkout. Import duties or other charges are not necessarily prepaid unless your order explicitly says so. Ask us if anything is unclear before completing payment.

After you order

Keep your order confirmation. Contact support with your order number for dispatch or tracking questions. If you need to change your address, contact us promptly; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

Multiple items

Items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location. Confirm combined shipping and delivery estimates with support when ordering more than one item.
